White Chocolate Matcha Collagen Brownies

White Chocolate Matcha Collagen Brownies

These blondies go beyond basic. With creamy white chocolate, earthy matcha, and a scoop of Dose & Co Collagen, they’re your skin-loving, sweet-tooth-satisfying treat in one pretty green square.

Ingredients: (Makes 9 squares)

- 100g unsalted butter

- 150g white chocolate, chopped

- 2 large eggs

- 100g caster sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 80g plain flour

- 1 tbsp matcha powder (culinary grade)

- 1 scoop Dose & Co Collagen (Unflavoured or Vanilla Creamer)

- Pinch of sea salt

- Optional: extra white chocolate chunks for topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a square brownie tin.

2. In a small pan, melt the butter and white chocolate over low heat. Stir until smooth, then let cool slightly.

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

4. Gently fold in the melted white chocolate mix.

5. Sift in the flour, matcha, Dose & Co Collagen, and salt. Stir until just combined.

6. Pour into your lined tin, sprinkle with extra white chocolate chunks if using.

7. Bake for 20–25 mins or until edges are golden and the centre is just set.

8. Allow to cool, then slice and serve.
