Khloé's Collagen Banana Bread

Makes: 8 slices

INGREDIENTS

2 servings Dose & Co Vanilla Dairy Free Collagen Creamer

2 eggs

½ cup butter, softened

½ cup maple syrup

2 bananas, mashed (the browner the better)

¼ cup plain yogurt

1 tsp baking soda

1 Tbsp vanilla essence

¼ tsp salt

1½ cups gluten free flour

1 extra banana, sliced in half (if you want one on top to decorate)

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 350°F (for a fan bake oven).

Line a loaf pan with baking paper.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the butter and maple syrup. Mix well.

Add the mashed bananas, yogurt, baking soda, vanilla and salt.

Mix and add the flour and collagen creamer.

Make sure all the mixture is well combined.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and place the sliced banana on top.

Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife or toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

Let the bread cool on a wire rack before serving.

It is best served warm with butter or yogurt.
