Collagen Pancakes

Collagen Pancakes

Cook time: 15 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Yields: 5-6 pancakes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dose & Co. Collagen Creamer
2 bananas
2 eggs
½ cup oats
¼ cup milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon oil

Toppings:
Fresh berries
Honey
Chocolate
Cinnamon

Method:
Add all of the pancake ingredients apart from the oil into a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat a frypan over medium heat and pour the batter into the pan. Once the batter starts to bubble, flip over and cook until both sides are golden.

Place onto a plate and top with toppings of choice. Best served warm.
