Banana Bread Bars

Cook time: 20 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
Yields: 8 bars

Ingredients:
2 cup rolled oats
3 bananas, mashed (the browner the better)
1/2 cup nut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 serving Dose & Co collagen powder

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Line a loaf pan with baking paper. 
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden on the outside and firm in the center.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

Just baked this and can confirm it is amazing! Baked for about 30min as I didn’t feel it was golden enough but could just be oven differences! It’s SOOO good!
