Sarah's Collagen Berry Burst

Ingredients:

¼ cup unsweetened Coconut Milk (can use almond, oat or your milk of choice)

¼ cup chilled Dilmah Berry Fusion Tea

2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

½ tsp Maple Syrup (optional)

¼ tsp Heilala Vanilla Extract

1 serving Beauty Collagen Mixed Berry

 

Optional toppings:

Greek Yoghurt (Natural or Flavoured)

Seasonal Berries (Fresh or Defrosted Frozen)

Bananas and a pinch of Cinnamon

Chopped Raw Nuts or Granola

 

Method:

In a medium sized glass or lidded jar, combine Milk, Chilled Tea, Chia, Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract and Collagen Powder.

If using a jar, then shake well to combine. If using a glass, then use a fork to whisk ingredients to combine.

Allow to sit for at least 3 hours, if you make the pudding at night then leave it overnight for breakfast in the morning (I had mine this morning topped with Kalo Greek Mixed Berry Yoghurt and Granola. It was delish!)

When ready to serve, add your favourite toppings.

 

Hot tip:

Stir at the one-hour mark to prevent the chia seeds from clumping.
