Lisa's Double Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

 

Ingredients:

1 packet of ready-made brownie mix.

Follow the recipe on the package by adding to a large mixing bowl

2 eggs 

100g melted butter and 1Tbsp water.

Add 1 packet 30g freeze dried raspberries.

Lastly, add 2-3 Tbsp of Mixed Berry Beauty Collagen

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients using a wooden until mixture is well combined and smooth.

Spread brownie mix into a prepared tin. 

Bake 30-35mins at 180°

Allow to cool completely in the tin before cutting and if desired, icing.
