Bianca's Peach Bellini Collagen Mocktails

For the peach puree:

About 4, peeled, pitted, and sliced peaches (can buy fresh, canned or frozen) your choice.

If canned use 1 can of peaches.

 

For each cocktail:

  • 2 ounces peach puree
  • 4 ounces chilled alcohol-free prosecco
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons (heap spoons) of Marine Unflavoured Collagen
  • Peach slices, for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

 

Method:

  • Make the peach puree. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of Marine Unflavoured Collagen and blend with Puree peaches in a blender until smooth.
  • For each mocktail. Pour 2 ounces (¼ cup) peach puree into a glass and top with alcohol-free prosecco. Garnish with a peach slice and a few leaves of fresh mint (garnish optional)
