Kim’s Cinnamon Oysters

 

Ingredients & method:

2 eggs

1/4 cup sugar 

2 teaspoons golden syrup

6 Tablespoons Plain flour 

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking Sosa

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 

1 scoop Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder

Once sponge is cooled cut sponge in half and fill with whipped cream and a fine dusting of Dose & Co Vanilla Collagen Protein powder on Top
