Danielle's Vanilla Matcha Collagen Latte

 

 

Ingredients:

1 tsp high-quality matcha powder

1 scoop Vanilla Collagen Creamer

1/4 cup hot water

3/4 cup milk of choice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Ice cubes (if making an iced version)

 

Method:

      1.    Sift & mix the Matcha: Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or mug to avoid clumps.

      2.    Whisk with Hot Water: Add the hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion with a bamboo whisk or a milk frothier until smooth and frothy.

      3.    Add the Collagen Creamer: Stir in the Dose & Co Vanilla Collagen Creamer until fully dissolved.

      4.    Heat or Froth the Milk: Warm your milk and froth it for a creamy texture. If making an iced version, skip heating and just froth cold milk.

      5.    Assemble the Latte: Pour the milk over the matcha mixture. Stir to combine.

      6.    Sweeten & Serve: Add honey or maple syrup if desired. For an iced latte, add ice cubes before pouring in the milk.
