Nathan's Collagen Protein Blondies

 

 

Ingredients:

1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

1 cup almond flour (or oat flour)

¼ cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp baking soda

½ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

 

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.

2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, collagen powder, coconut sugar, salt, and baking soda.

3. Add nut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms.

4. Fold in chocolate chips.

5. Spread the batter evenly into the pan.

6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

7. Let cool before slicing into squares.
